At Etchcraft Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or engraved pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
